Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. Scope

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you submit to MOSS-Image AI (ideas, layouts, text in boxes and edit instructions) and everything MOSS-Image AI generates for you. MOSS-Image AI renders readable text inside images, so the words you ask for are held to the same rules as the picture.

2. Prohibited content

You may not request, generate or distribute content that falls into any of these categories:

Sexual or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity and sexually explicit or suggestive material, and intimate imagery of real people.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, grooms or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance: such requests are blocked, the account is permanently banned without refund, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities.

Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture or killing, or content that glorifies, threatens or incites violence, terrorism or violent extremism.

Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease, including hateful slogans or symbols on posters and signs.

Harassment and bullying: content made to mock, intimidate, threaten or shame a specific person, or that reveals someone's private information.

Self-harm: content that promotes or encourages suicide, self-injury or eating disorders.

Deceptive impersonation: images that present a real person, brand or organisation as saying or endorsing something they did not, or that are designed to pass as real photographs or official documents.

Illegal, fraudulent or infringing content: forged IDs, certificates, banknotes, receipts or tickets; scams and phishing material; election or political misinformation; illegal goods or services; and content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights.

3. How we prevent misuse

Every request passes automated content-safety checks before anything is generated or charged. Your idea is checked before it reaches our layout planner, and the full text of every layout and text edit is checked again before rendering, using the prompt-safety service of Waffo, our payment partner. The picture being edited is checked by SeeAPI for sexual content and content involving minors. Only a clear pass goes ahead: if a check flags a request or cannot give a verdict, the request is refused and no credits are charged.

MOSS-Image runs on fal.ai with its safety checker always on; an image it flags is withheld and its credits are returned. You cannot upload your own photos. Images are private to your account and are delivered through short-lived signed links; there is no public gallery.

4. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may take one or more of these actions: block the request; delete the content; suspend the account; permanently ban the account; forfeit remaining credits without refund; and report the matter to law enforcement or other authorities where required or appropriate.

Timelines: we acknowledge every report within 24 hours. Confirmed violations are acted on within 72 hours of the report. Suspected CSAM and credible threats of violence are removed as soon as we confirm them, and we aim to do so within 24 hours.

If you believe we made a mistake, reply to our notice or email support@mossimages.com within 30 days to appeal. A person, not an automated system, reviews every appeal.

5. How to report a violation

Anyone can report content made with MOSS-Image AI, including rights holders and people who are depicted. Email support@mossimages.com with the subject "Content report", the image or a description of it, where you saw it, and what you believe is wrong. We do not reveal who filed a report to the reported user.

Copyright or trademark complaints should identify the work or mark, your authority to act for the owner, and the content concerned; we remove infringing content we confirm.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as our product and the law change. We update the date on this page when it changes, and the version in force when you create content applies.
