1. Who handles your information

MOSS-Image AI operates mossimages.com and decides how information is used to provide the service described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@mossimages.com.

2. What we collect

Account information: your email, name, password hash or Google sign-in identifiers, sessions, language, credit balance and ledger, purchase status and generation history.

Your content: the ideas, layouts, text and edit instructions you submit, the images we create for you, and the results of the safety checks run on them.

Free use without an account: to limit free images we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, together with a temporary guest account.

Usage and security data: pages visited, how you arrived (referrer and campaign tags), product events such as generating or opening checkout, and request logs with IP address, browser and timestamps.

3. AI processing and safety checks

When you create an image, your idea is sent to EvoLink, which runs a Claude language model to plan the layout; the layout is sent to fal.ai, which runs MOSS-Image to render the picture. Text edits send the image and your new wording to fal.ai, which runs the Seedream edit model.

Before rendering, your text is checked by the prompt-safety service of Waffo, our payment partner, and an image being edited is checked by SeeAPI through a short-lived link. Both use what they receive only to return a safety verdict. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it.

4. Payments, email and hosting

Waffo handles checkout and payment details as Merchant of Record; we store only the order identifiers and statuses needed to add credits and reconcile purchases, never full card details.

Resend sends account emails and receives messages sent to our support address. Google processes sign-in if you choose Continue with Google. Cloudflare hosts the site and our database, stores your images in private storage, and provides Turnstile to stop automated sign-ups.

These providers may process information outside your country; their locations and retention practices vary.

5. Retention, purposes and your choices

We use information to generate and deliver your images, operate accounts, fulfil purchases, prevent abuse, answer support requests and understand how the service is used. Depending on the law that applies, the basis is performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where required.

Images and account records are kept while your account is active. Payment, ledger and safety-check records are kept as long as needed to handle disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. AI providers control their own retention; we cannot promise immediate deletion across every provider.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to delete your account and images, by emailing support@mossimages.com. We may verify your identity first. You may also complain to your local privacy authority. The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We update this page when our practices change.
