1. Who we are and agreement

MOSS-Image AI is an independent online service operated at mossimages.com. Contact us at support@mossimages.com. By creating an account or using MOSS-Image AI, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter into a binding contract where you live.

MOSS-Image AI is not affiliated with OpenMOSS. MOSS-Image is an open-source image model published by OpenMOSS under the Apache-2.0 license; we run it for you on cloud servers.

2. What MOSS-Image AI does

MOSS-Image AI is an online service, not a physical product. You describe an image in a line of text, such as a poster, menu, cover or comic with the words it should show. A language model plans the layout and the text boxes, MOSS-Image renders the picture, and you can then change the words or move the boxes to get a new version. You cannot upload your own photos; images are created from your text only.

Every idea, layout and text edit you submit is checked by an automated content-safety service before anything is generated or charged; flagged or unchecked requests are refused. Our AI providers also apply their own safety filters, and an image they flag is withheld and its credits returned. We may add, change or remove features, models and providers; where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts and free use

Eligible visitors can make one free Standard image without an account, limited per network and per day. Completing email verification or signing up with Google adds 4 welcome credits. Registration and verification emails are rate limited. Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.

One person may not open multiple accounts or use automation to collect free credits more than once; we may close such accounts and remove the credits.

4. Acceptable use

Only submit text you have the right to use. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what you may not create (including sexual content, any content involving minors in a sexual context, violence, hate, harassment, self-harm, deceptive impersonation and content that infringes others' rights), how we enforce it, and how to report a violation to support@mossimages.com. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, suspension or a permanent ban, forfeiture of credits, and reports to authorities.

Do not bypass quotas, payment checks, safety filters or other security controls, overload or scrape the service, or resell access to it.

5. Prices, credits and payment

Images are paid for with credits: a Standard image costs 2 credits, an HD image 5 credits and a text edit 1 credit. The cost is shown before you generate. Credits come from one-time packs (Starter $6.99 for 30 credits, Popular $9.99 for 54, Pro $19.99 for 110) and free grants. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Purchased credits stay valid for 365 days from purchase. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash. Current prices are on the pricing page; the price shown at checkout applies.

Our payment partner, Waffo, processes purchases as Merchant of Record under the terms shown at checkout; MOSS-Image AI adds the credits after the payment is confirmed. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Your content and the images you make

Your text remains yours. You give MOSS-Image AI permission to store and process it, and to send it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to make and deliver your images and keep the service safe. We do not use your text or images to train AI models and we do not sell them. Your images are private to your account.

Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you may use the images you create for personal and commercial purposes. AI can produce unexpected or similar results for different users; we do not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate or free of third-party rights, so check names, logos and trademarks before commercial use.

7. Suspension, liability and changes

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, abuse free credits, file fraudulent chargebacks or create risk for others. You can stop using MOSS-Image AI and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@mossimages.com.

The service is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, security or misuse; we do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent file storage, so download images you want to keep. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

We update the date on this page when these terms change and announce material changes on the site. Continuing to use MOSS-Image AI after a change takes effect means you accept it.
